His influence reaches over 42 branch locations across five counties, covering more than 300 miles from north to south. Sam’s leadership journey is marked by his relentless pursuit of excellence, particularly in agent development and coaching. He has personally trained over 5,000 agents throughout Southern California, helping them achieve higher productivity and success in their careers. His expertise in PropTech has driven innovative solutions that transform how properties are bought, sold, and managed, ensuring his company remains at the forefront of industry trends.

From 2014 to 2021, Sam spearheaded the creation of ‘Success Path,’ a groundbreaking six-week training program that has become the gold standard for new agent onboarding. This program significantly increased agent productivity, particularly for those in the fourth quartile, and earned the company recognition as the best new agent training organization in the industry.

His innovative spirit shines through his work on the most comprehensive on-demand education platform in the industry, the BHHSCP Agent Development Center. Sam led the development of this platform, curating over 900 hours of video content and thousands of resources to support agents 24/7.

Sam’s dedication to real estate is matched only by his love for the Los Angeles Dodgers and his addiction to playing pickleball. A ‘Dodger lifer,’ Sam infuses his passion for baseball into his leadership style, often drawing parallels between the strategies on the field and the tactics required to succeed in the competitive world of real estate.
